A few house notes to help you relax and enjoy the space.
Check in /
Check Out
Self Check In
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM using our convenient keypad system for easy, contact-free access.
Check Out Time
Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow us time to prepare the space for the next guests.
Late Check-Out Requests
If you’d like a later check-out, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Guest Capacity
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of six guests to ensure comfort and safety.
No Smoking, Pets or Parties
Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted to help maintain a clean, peaceful space for everyone.
Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of our community and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Community & Pool
Pool Hours
The community pool is a shared space and closes daily at 9:00 PM.
Pool Etiquette
Proper swimwear is required. For everyone’s safety and comfort, please no food, drinks, or glass containers in the pool area, and rinse off sand before entering.
Supervision & Safety
Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty, and pool use is at your own risk.
Respect the Space
Please care for the apartment as if it were your own and help us keep it in great condition.
Energy & Property Care
Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C is on, dispose of trash in the bins by the guardhouse, and avoid hanging towels or clothing over balcony railings.
Check-Out Courtesy
When checking out, please leave the space tidy — wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels on the bathroom floor.
